WHAT DOES THIS GREAT SERVICE COST OF USED CAR AGENT?

It depends on whether the vehicle you buy is owned by a dealer or private party. Our service fee is a flat $350. If you buy your vehicle from a dealer, then we receive our service fee from the dealer. By reducing the dealer's sales time and overhead, and bringing him qualified customers who are ready to buy, we are able to charge the dealer a reasonable service fee when a vehicle is sold. If you buy your vehicle from a private party, we have to shift the $350 service fee to you, the buyer. However, private party vehicles are normally priced slightly lower than dealer vehicles, so your total expense still ends up being reasonable. If you are financing the vehicle, our service fee can usually be taken out of your normally planned down payment, costing you no more cash out of pocket. 1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

We require a $100 deposit that is completely refundable. It is a "good-faith" deposit, a sign to us that you are serious before we start doing extensive work on your behalf. The deposit is either refunded to you or put towards the purchase of a vehicle. If we cannot find the right vehicle for you, then the deposit is refunded, no questions asked.

2. WE CONTACT YOU

One of our Used Car Agents will contact you, on the phone or by e-mail provide to us, within 1-3 business days, usually within 24 hrs. Your agent will talk with you about the vehicle(s) you want to test drive, and make sure you understand the program and answer any questions you may have.

3. THE SEARCH

Your agent goes to work finding the vehicle(s) you want, searching all our available sources of dealer and private party vehicles. For most vehicles, your agent will call you back with several vehicle choices within 1-2 business days. Uncommon features or hard to find vehicles may take a little longer. Then, you choose which vehicle(s) you want to test drive.

4. THE PURCHASE

Your agent will work with you, to the best of their ability, until they find you the vehicle you decide to buy. Then, you simply buy the vehicle from the seller as you normally would. If you are obtaining financing through us, then we will guide you through the financing and purchase process.
